Naphthenic RPO is a class of hydrocarbons also referred to as ‘cycloparaffins’. Though their structure is similar to the aromatic ring, these are single bonded thus having a stable structure. Several such hydrocarbon rings may be linked indicating a variety of available grades. Naphthenic Rubber Process Oils has good color stability, solubility & thermal stability. Iran is producing Naphthenic Rubber Process Oil in large quantities and Huei Jie Oil is one of the biggest companies in this production. Naphthenic oils are single- or multi-ring saturated cyclic hydrocarbons and each ring can contain from 1 to 2 carbons.

Naphthenic Rubber Process Oil Benefits

Naphthenic RPO General CHARACTERISTICS

Naphthenic oils are generally used for low temperature ranges and when low pour point, especially in hydraulic oils, cooling oils, rubber processing oils, metal oils, in cylinder lubricants for large engines and lubricants.
